Our Pledge
It should go without saying, but IPG Law/ERC welcomes all companies to apply and has strict policies for fair and equitable service, including LGBTQ+

We reject all forms of discrimination whether it be sex, age, race, creed, and sexual orientation. We welcome LGTQ+ business owners.
We have a long history of advocating for disenfranchised groups who have faced marginalization and inequality. LGBTQ+ companies are encouraged to apply.
You survived the pandemic and kept employees on the books. Now the U.S. CARES ACT / Employee Retention Credit can provide you up to $26K per W2 employee.
EMPLOYEE RETENTION CREDIT PROGRAM: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Businesses with W2 employees can receive up to $5,000 per employee for 2020, and up to $21,000 per employee for 2021 ($7,000 per first 3 quarters).
A total of $26,000 per W2 employee.
The Employee Retention Credit (ERC) was created as part of the first COVID-19 stimulus package. With the two most recent stimulus bills, the ERC received substantial enhancements making it much more valuable for businesses affected by the pandemic. The revamped ERC opens up tremendous opportunities for businesses to significantly boost the amount of funds available to them through the federal government.
Time is running out to qualify but yes, this program is STILL ACTIVE IN 2023.
If you had payroll expenses at any time in 2020 and 2021, we encourage you to have our experts at IPG review your eligibility for the ERC program. We will verify your eligibility, provide a thorough review of your payroll expenses, complete all the required IRS tax forms, and ensure you receive the funds due back to you quickly.
